As is well known, common bearings with seats are divided into vertical seats (P seats), square seats (F seats), diamond seats (FL seats), circular seats (C seats), convex circular seats (FC seats), convex square seats (FS seats), concealed hole seats (PA seats), and suspended seats (FA seats). Here are some examples to discuss the application scenarios and precautions of various bearings with seats:
As is well known, common bearings with seats are divided into vertical seats (P seats), square seats (F seats), diamond seats (FL seats), circular seats (C seats), convex circular seats (FC seats), convex square seats (FS seats), concealed hole seats (PA seats), and suspended seats (FA seats). Here are some examples to discuss the application scenarios and precautions of various bearings with seats:
1. Vertical seat with seat bearing:
Deep groove ball and self-aligning ball bearings are generally installed in the bearing seat
2. Installation method of square seat bearing:
3. Installation method of suspended seat bearing:
4. Installation method of slider seat bearing:
Need to design a chute installation seat to match it
The bearing seat and the bearing are a close companion with a good relationship, and the bearing seat also plays an irreplaceable role in the entire shaft system. In general, bearing seats are located at both ends of the shaft to support and fix the bearings, ensuring a certain positional relationship between the shaft and its connecting components. In addition, the bearing seat has a sealing device that can reduce bearing pollution. So, how should we extend the service life of such an important bearing seat? The following shared content must be given special attention during the maintenance process of the bearing seat:
1. Cooling system using bearing seat
In general, bearing seats are produced from specialized bearing seat angle steel materials through various treatments, which determines that no matter how good the bearing seat is, it will have the limit of use. From a temperature perspective, if the mold temperature of the bearing seat is too high during use, there will be cracks on the surface of the mold core. The situation where large areas of cracking occur without using more than 2000 molds is usually caused by excessive mold temperature. During the production process of the bearing seat, the mold core discoloration occurs due to the high temperature of the bearing seat, and such high temperatures can also cause cracking when stimulated by the release agent. It can be imagined that the products produced in this way naturally cannot avoid deformation, strain, and mold sticking. The use of cooling water for the bearing seat can effectively reduce the use of release agents, thereby reducing the occurrence of cracking due to the use of release agents to reduce the temperature of the bearing seat. In this way, not only can the service life of the bearing seat be effectively extended, but also the die-casting cycle can be shortened, which is beneficial for improving product quality.
2. Preheat the bearing seat during the production process
Preheating the bearing seat is a very necessary process in the production process of the bearing seat. The purpose of this step is to prevent the bearing seat, which is originally low in temperature, from suddenly encountering high temperature metal liquid and causing cracks. If the structure of the bearing seat is relatively complex, it can be preheated using a torch or liquefied gas, and if conditions permit, a mold temperature machine can also be considered. A simple bearing seat is usually preheated using slow pressure injection.
3. Clean the bearing seat on the parting surface
Cleaning the parting surface of the bearing seat is very labor-intensive, and this step is also easily overlooked. Operators should use kerosene to carefully clean the parting surface of the bearing seat. This step not only prevents the bearing seat from being squeezed, but also cleans the residual mold release agent on the parting surface of the bearing seat after cleaning, and the exhaust groove blocked by other dirt can also be opened. During the injection process, the gas in the cavity is discharged smoothly, and the quality of the product is naturally improved.
4. It is prohibited to connect the signal wire between the die-casting machine and the bearing seat
Why is it absolutely prohibited to have joints in the signal wire between the die-casting machine and the bearing seat? This situation is mainly due to the fact that if the bearing seat is equipped with neutron control, it is difficult to avoid water contamination on the signal line during daily production. Even if the joint is wrapped, it is inevitable to be damaged, which will directly cause machine tool short circuiting. If a signal error occurs as a result, the alarm will shut down and reduce production efficiency. In severe cases, the signal will be disrupted, which can easily cause irreversible damage to the bearing seat.
